When her eyes opened she remembered the bitter truth. Touching her bloody neck made her cold heart ache even more; the sun she loved so much was now her fierce enemy!

Days passed and she refused to eat; never would she kill others for herself...the hunger the terrible hunger...
Desperate she ran out of her hiding feeding on the first mortal she saw. Terrified she buried him, tears tore her cheeks apart until the twilight wishpered "it's time to go"
She gave herself a new name, and on the grave of her first victim she swore to destroy the one that did this to her.
Dame Noire...she would call herself, the lady who mourns thoes whom she kills...black as the night, fierce as a burning blade...
