Welcome in my lair! Have a seat...hear my story...
I did not want it to come to this! I never even knew that vampires existed, let alone that I would become one! One night…a night full of memories…sweet memories…I took my girl out for a walk under the moonlight…walk that for me became an interminable stride through darkness! We were in love…I miss her terribly! With only the dim light of the moon shinning down on us, I was sure that I would keep her forever!
‘Twas not so…for in the shadows, where the silver light of the moon could not reach, lay the ones who would change my life…forever! Two shadowy shapes crept out from the darkness of the serene night, almost like disturbing the whole balance of the world…and with gleaming eyes, fixed sharply on me…I heard a voice, not born of this world: “Is this the one?” at which point another replied: “It is!” From that point on, I don’t remember anything else…except the sharp pain stricken scream of my lover, now lost in echoes…and afterwards waking up on an old gothic bed, in an old mansion, filled with even more screams of pain and sorrow, of long lost memories that still ran relentlessly through the damp, gloomy hallways! But the most powerful memory…my love, my one true love…my first victim…a test for a life in eternity! Even today I regret my decision…but there’s nothing I can do about it now…
I later found out that the two voices I heard that night, were the voices of two werewolf leaders, seeking to destroy any vampire heroes… They chose me! Fortunately, my new family came to my aid…they all knew that I, as a vampire, would make a difference in this world…putting an end to this ceaseless war!
Dedicated to destroying the werewolf threat, I stalk the night…ever watchful, ever vigilant…ever…immortal! In memory…of my love…
