Vampire PDDarkPrincess
Clan:
Character description
Blood--Thick and delicious! We will get the dogs! Was that scary enough, cuz u know I can try again.
Paige was walking home from the movie theater when it happened.
Being alone at night didn’t bother her. Especially in this town. Nothing ever happened, for the better or the worse. She kind of liked it, but usually wished that she had some excitement in her life. Every day was the same. Sometimes it seemed that every moment had been planned out by an exceptionally boring person.
But of course, that was before this night.
She was strolling along, a bag of leftover popcorn in one hand and her house key in the other. She was almost home and was rather tired, just wanting to go to bed. But as she walked up the steps to her house she saw that someone else was already standing on the welcome mat.
“What are you doing here, Zoë?” Paige asked as she climbed the brick steps.
“I thought I’d swing by. May I come in?”
“Of course.” She unlocked the door and the two of them walked in and went to her room. “So, where have you been? I haven’t seen you at school for the last few days.”
“I’ve had more important things to do,” Zoë answered, sitting on the bed. There was something about her, though. Something… different. But it wasn’t a bad different. Or an unwelcome different. It just wasn’t normal.
“Are you feeling okay?” she asked. “You look kind of sick. Is that why you’ve been missing school?”
Zoë laughed and said, “I guess you could call it that.”
“Is it contagious?”
“If I do this it is.”
And without another word Zoë stood and walked over to her, tenderly grasping the back of Paige’s neck and coming closer.
“What are you doing, Zoë?” she asked nervously. She tried to pull back but couldn’t. Zoë laughed and looked at her with dark silver-grey eyes that seemed to hide a secret. But the secret was revealed the moment she swiftly lowered her head and Paige felt the sting in her neck. She hardly had time to gasp before Zoë’s mind flooded her own and forced her down into unconsciousness.

When Paige next woke up it was night again. Again? Had a whole day gone by?
“Yes,” Zoë said, answering her thought. She was sitting cross-leg on top of a dresser in this room Paige didn’t recognize. Where was she? “Somewhere they won’t find us.”
Paige sat up cautiously. Emotions mixing, she said, “What in the name of God have you done to me?” Zoë just chuckled and lightly leapt over onto the bed Paige was in. Paige tried to scowl, but she could hardly help but feel at least a little exited. Obviously, Zoë felt this, because she laughed again and gave Paige a playful slap on the shoulder and stood up.
“Don’t worry, you’re going to love this new life.” And without another word she got Paige out of bed and led her out to the night. As it got later and later Zoë told her more and more of what there was to know about the dark life, leading her to a clan and offering any help that her friend may need as she joined the war against the Werewolves. But as time went by the name “Paige” didn’t seem to be enough, and she declared herself the Dark Princes.
