Character description
Caedes is an old world vampire. With dark gold eyes and bronze hair, you would never know he was a vampire. His smug expression and crystal eyes make his nobility obvious, as well as his power. Using light to hide darkness is one of his specialties. He does not have to hide, but instead stays in plain view, and becomes (to your eyes at least) someone unremarkable and not worthy to be remembered. Such a mistake would be your last.
His turning originally began long ago in his lineage, so far that the percent of vampire blood is too small to be detected by even the best science. However, his blood did grant him extremely slow aging, and the attitude of detatched authority. Adei, as he was called, was already a master of the mind, but when Saint Dane caught him off guard, even his noble's manor and guards could not protect him. After he was fully turned, his innate powers increased ten, twenty fold.
Dane, just canonized St. Dane at Adei's expense, summoned his newly created servant as soon as Adei turned. Dane instructed Adei of his duty, and the Hand. Adei was one that accepted his fate, and found that adaptiing made you more fit for surviving your situation. Adei found his attachment to his past fading away, and the nomer 'Adei' to chafe against his newfound personality. Following Inillian's transformation into Rapture, Adei followed his newfound hunger instead, becoming Caedes- Slaughter, blood of the fallen.
Caedes does not need his strength; he excels in speed. He can be physically fast if he wants to, but Caedes real specialty is speed of mind. He can find the loops of thought that can torture or please, depending on what he wants. The weak minded end up serving him thinking that to serve was the whole purpose of their life.
Caedes will toy with your mind when he is well fed. However, if he hungers, he is worse than his namesake itself.
