Character description
Little was known about the creature known as Castin. He seemed to like it that way, always shrouding himself in a full length, heavy looking black cloak. Beneath the cloak, though it was usually not seen, as he always kept the thing wrapped tightly about him, was a sleavless high collared black tunic, stretched tightly across his chest. That collar, combined with the hood of his cloak, kept his face either covered, or in shadows. Most of the time, there were not even any sign of his eyes...but at points of anger, or simple blood lust, they shone through the darkness a fiery red.
His voice, when he spoke, was actually rather soft, considering he was a monster. Indeed, the few people who knew him well, and there were not many of them, knew him to have a golden tongue, and a sharp mind. Always he seemed to have an answer, and when he didn't, he simply made one.
No history is known of him, save what his few friends know. And none will be shared here, either. It is his way to not be known, forever the shadow, watching the events of the wide world. It was not even known how old he was, how long he had been around. Indeed, he himself seemed not to care, the passings of time wasted on him. Another day was just that, another day.
And though he was at the head of The Hand of Fate clan, he was seldome seen. He was not even truely "Leader" instead, he simply saw to tasks that others were not doing, and though he had taken the rank of "Patriarch" it was simply becuase he was just that, Father. He donated what money he could, and indeed it was generally more than the other members. Even the large Domicile where the clan could be housed, he spent little time. Choosing instead to stay in and around what he refered to as his "Shack" most of the time.
If more knowledge is wished, such seekers would have to ask the Man in person.
