Character description
Rushber Irving was an intelligent craftsman before he was tricked and bitten by a lesser vampire known as Donovan Phelan. Soon he wandered away from his home and became lost. His old identity gone forever, he became known as Rush Hour, as the speed of his mind and body were so unnatural as to defy time. Now he walks unknown paths, using clever traps and lures to kill victims. In his mind, he knows he can become powerful beyond Donovan, the one who started him on that dark path.
