In the depths of the New York City underground, Elladan was found by a new branch of the Hellsing organization that had just landed in the United States, abandoned by his migrant family that could not put a single cent to his well being. They raised him to the rightful age of 17 when they gave him the decision, vampire or mortal. Knowing only that what he had learned from his vampire masters, the answer was simple. Elladan is now a vampire in an allied state with the USA Army as a stealth unit to infultrate the darkest corners of his great nation.
