Character description
My name is Vesper Bastion, known to many noble families as the Marquis de Bastion. I was one of two children born to a wealthy family in Constanta Romania, a small city on the shores of the Black Sea. My brothers name Corthan Bastion, a younger brother who is a little reckless at times. Our father became very ill when we were stilll young and still in our mid teenage years. Our mother had died only a few years after my brothers birth so we did not get to know here that well.
I was only 17 when our father died a violent death and was left to take care of my brother and the family estates. Life was tough on my brother and I, but we servived well and kept up with the family manner with the help of the servents that is.
Upon my 22 birthday, my brother, Corthan Bastion, disappeared for several days. He appears home just about as fast as he disappeared, but it was in the time that he was gone was when I had my taste of this dark life. I met my sire, Keret, one late evening while I was looking for my brother. It was that night that I was reborn into this undead life. I had planned on bringing my brother along with me, but when he returned home, I smelled something wrong with him.
The night my brother disappeared, he was taken by a werewolf, a lycan, and turned. I could not belive it, my brother, was now my enemy. We were a like him and I, he came back for me just as I had come back for him, but both of our plans had changed.
It has been many years since I have last seen my brother face to face, but I know that he is near. I can still smell him.
