Arcane Noctis was created about 200 years ago. She was originally named Rowan but changed her name to suit her Vampire Nature and her job as an assassin.
She has Vivid green eyes and straight pitch black waist length hair. She is about 5'6 and usually wears a long black cape and a large ankh pendant. Skin is very pale and almost glows in the moonlight. Usually wears knee-high combat boots with fishnets, corsets, and short-ish skirts. Wears dark makeup to enhance the intensity of her appearance. Carries a silver sword around to slay werewolves with and hides out on the tops of buildings. Very clever and not one to play with. Those who try to mess with Arcane Noctis rarely live to tell the tale...
