Character description
The moon shines down gloriously, bright beams splaying across the shadowed landscape. A nature lover in my prior existence, its beauty was still devastating to me. An avid hiker, it was on one of these excursions into the wilderness that forever changed...everything. Setting up camp to banish the darkness of the approaching twilight, a glint of animalistic eye was the only warning I was given, before being torn into. Stone-rending pale claws crossed my chest, as yellowed fangs ripped into my shoulder. Desperately, I bite it back as savagely as I was able.
Perhaps it saw in me a kindred spirit for its kind, perhaps because the prey fought back, but for whatever reason, it left me, bleeding in the dirt and panting. The change took me not long after.
