Darke Gray was a 19 year old from Old Britian. He was currently attending Oxford studying computer sciences. His parents had died when he was young leaving him with very little money and alone. Since the age of 13 he was forced to make his own way through life, living only on his families diminished fortune and what he was able to con away from people. His biggest con was his admitance into Oxford, he was able to take the entrance exam and scored the highest in at least 10 years, with his fudged high school transcript they let him in on scholarship. This all just went to show his skill with computers and street smarts. But on a fateful trip back home, he was confronted with the most alluring woman he had ever seen in his home towns bar. He was only home to visit his parents graves and stopped in for a few drinks before his train ride back to school, but there was something about this woman. She called herself the Dark Mistress Cyanntria he was told by the bartender but all thoughts were lost on him, the last thing he remembered was following her into one of the back rooms then the lights went out and all that was left was a slight pain and then the warm embrace of oblivion.
He woke up hours later to find himself alone lying in a bed in some strange room, in searching his imidiate location he found he was somewhere along a shoreline. He heard the door to his room open and found the woman from the bar walking slowing towards him, "Your transformation is complete, let me be the first to welcome you to my coven. I am the Dark Mistress Cyanntria and I am the leader of this vampire coven and you are the newest member." She smiled a wicked yet playful smile and turned and glided out of the room. Darke turned back toward the window to watch the waves crash along the rocky shore in the moonlight with only one thought on his mind. 'What have I gotten myself into?'
