Alyaere was born a vampire by parents, Shyntaghar and Inrae Aravirr. She grew up with a tough childhood, a family of six. She was the youngest, and the only female sibling. She constantly got teased by her older brothers, but her mother secretly trained her at a young age. Alyaere learnt basic martial arts and footing by the age of one and a half. At two years of age Alyaere began training in advanced techniques, learning punch, kick, knee, and elbow attacks.
By the age of three and a half she had mastered Muay Thai and began training in Ninjitsu, by her father. Several years passed by and she had mastered the difficult style.
Alyaere then began lessons in Tae Kwon Do, Kung Fu, Karate, Jui-Jitsu, Judo, Capoeira, Savate, Boxing, and finally Yu Sool, mastering them all by the age of twelve, just in time for her mother to teach her how to dance and use weapons. Alyaere calls her fighting style Helljitsu.
Alyaere learned Ballet, Ballroom, Belly Dancing, and a little inappropriate techniques of Lap Dancing aswell as the art of swordplay and staffplay.
Alyaere learned the dance techniques, swordplay and staffplay fairly quickly, as estimated from her years of martial arts training. Her father soon trained her in the arts of concealment, camouflage and stealth.
By the age of eighteen Alyaere was finally old enough to learn of her heritage. Her parents explained of her porphyria, the disease known to mankind as vampirism. Alyaere was devastated, both mentally and physically from the truth her parents had told her, as she one night met a handsome fellow, and over the weeks had developed a mutual relationship with him.
She admitted to her parents about the man, and they understood, and told her she should try to capture his love, and then confess of her true nature. Before she could capture his love, one night while she was out with the man, they walked by her home, to see it up in flames. Alyaere rushed to the house, into the blazing flames and found her entire family murdered, and smell of canine still in the area. She was about to leave the house just as a massive canine tackled her through the door, and outside to where Alyaere's date lay dead, his muscles, flesh and organs infinitesimal. Alyaere exploded with rage, and fought for her life against the lycanthrope, killing all the beasts before realizing the break of dawn. She reacted quickly and took off towards the sewers, barely making it.
She rested until dusk, and set out to find protection, and she came across a clan of vampires known as Fierce Creatures.

Alyaere had found her sentinel laying injured from combat. At first she was bitter, and was going to end the creature's life, but as she starred at the canine, the more she felt pity, and sorrow. She hospitalized the canine and he healed. She fed him with the meat from her victims, indeed, making the canine grow in size and viciousness. One day while she was sleeping in her bed, a pack of wolves roamed by, smelling the meat that was downstairs. Shadowine, her sentinel, had defended the home and stealthily killed the wolves, earning his name Shadowine. Shadowine guards Alyaere and her home, and she looks after Shadowine.
