Blood stained swords lashed around me. The battle was fiery but not lost... yet.
At my side, another one of my brothers fell in a heap of blood and limbs, in an deathly continuity as the onslaught raged around me. Fury once again invaded me when the blood of my brothers stained my face.
I swung my sword against another of those hellish monsters, in an attempt to even the balance. My sword cut his head off cleanly in one hit.
It was then when it happenned...
An excruciating pain as fangs pierced my armor and my skin was the only thing I could feel. The strength rapidly abandoned my limbs as my life was sucked out of me. If only I'd had the strength to reach for my sword and plunge it into my chest... but my hands were too weak, and my salvation too far. I was lost in my own darkness, cursed as my life was extirpated out of me.
That was the last time I felt the warmth of my own blood running down my neck, soaking my clothes. That was the last time I felt the grass under my agonizing body. That was the last time I died, for then on, I turned into one of them. Drawned for my lust of blood, my sword turned against my brothers. And once again, their blood stained my face...
