Minimum requirement is a Samurai Sword as it is the preferred weapon of VLN.
Ranks are based on merit and not purely on level. Ranks are as follows:
Warlord : Co-ordinates 2 or more battle groups
Battle Leader : Leads a battle group consisting of 3-5 initiates
Initiate : Front line soldier
