Winien tez karac i nagradzac zaleznie od czynow i zaslug. Wolno mu mianowac nowych urzedow i stopni hierarchii, wydalac i w specjalnych przypadkach przyjmowac osoby do Klanu. Akceptuje tez lub oddala decyzje Walnego Zgromadzenia, etc...

6. Wysluchiwania wszelkich propozycji ktoregokolwiek czlonka Klanu, oraz przedstawienia ich na zebraniu w celu ich omowienia i przeglosowania.
7. Sluzenie rada i informacja wszystkim mniej doswiadczonym osobom bedacym w Klanie.
8. Uczciwego nagradzania wszelkich zaslug oraz karania przewinien w sposob jasny dla calego Klanu.
9. Dbania o jednosc Klanu i tolerowania odmiennosci kazdego z czlonkow.
10. Kazdy klanowicz musi byc aktywny w grze oraz na forum Klanu.
